Emmi began cultivating a yoga practice after graduating from college. She finds freedom and grounding in the physical, mental, and spiritual practices encompassed by yoga.
Emmi earned her 200 hour yoga teacher certification with Kindness Yoga in 2018. She enjoys teaching vinyasa, restorative, and yoga nidra in both public and private settings.
In Emmi's yoga classes, you will experience the rhythm of one breath, one movement vinyasa. Expect intentional sequencing, options, and opportunities to challenge yourself, both physically and mentally.
