I’m excited to announce that I’m now offering private yoga lessons!
Why Private Yoga?
Private yoga classes are an amazing way to improve your yoga practice and skills. You’ll get all of my attention, and classes will be customized to your needs and goals.
Private yoga is perfect for you if you’re a beginner, have a busy schedule, or prefer to practice in your home rather than going to a studio.
This Can Look Like a Few Different Things
You can meet with me one-on-one or in a small group.
We can meet in-person at your home if you’re local to Kansas City, or we can hold our session via video online if you’re anywhere else in the world.
I teach vinyasa, restorative yoga, yoga nidra, and breathing exercises and techniques. We can stick to one of these styles or mix them up, depending on what you’re looking for.
So, How Does This Work?
First, you reach out to me through the form on this page of my website. You’ll fill out this form with your info and what you’re looking for from private yoga classes with me.
Then, we’ll set up a free 20-minute introductory phone call to further discuss your goals and make sure that this is a good fit for you.
After that, we’ll schedule your first session and start practicing yoga together!
I believe that my purpose as a yoga teacher is to assist my students in developing a practice that will help them live their very best lives. Through one-on-one instruction, we can explore yoga styles and tools that will help you feel good and meet your goals.
